Hotel Hermitage Forte dei Marmi, Forte dei Marmi

I was in a superior room that unfortunately got quite bright around 6:00 am, making it hard to sleep. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor near staff rooms and cleaning equipment, also connected to another room. The hotel offers a few nice services like breakfast, room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, shuttle service, and pet amenities. The staff, although sweet, seemed a bit disorganized and noisy during the early hours, from 9-11 am. The location, while close to town and the beach, needs some restructuring. The surrounding scenery was beautiful, but there were concerns about too many barriers in the pool area and outside. The dining experience was fantastic with gluten-free options, although the service did pull away some items quite early. The hotel had some good facilities available for use, and it seems they recently changed management.
